Sorry to be a joykill, but there are multiple rules to Pixel Art that aren't just "made of pixels", which include indexed palette and no antialiasing. This one is just "digitized art".

That's not really true, though. It appears pixelated, but it's not pixel art. Unless you're recreating it one pixel at a time, that is.
