Last Christmas time when I was looking through the brownie box mix I stumbled upon her brand. Tasted just fine for what I was using it for, it didn't have me wishing I'd bought Ghirardelli instead.

Those have an Ollie's price tag on them. While it's possible you're in a test market city, it's more likely those are overstock or discontinued products from aforesaid test market city.

The main ingredient is Corn Syrup. It says no HFCS but they just used normal corn syrup instead of high fructose. Probably just better off getting some Karo.

Removing Aunt Jemima was recognizing the racism. Just because someone hired to represent that racism did some good things with the money (which likely was lower than what a European descent model would earn) does not mean she did not play a racist role, with racist stereotypes and dress that were further enshrined in US racist culture.
