The red circles mark the gaps where the cockpit is glued to the body. Put a modeling chisel or a scalpel in these gaps to disassemble the model. You might use some superglue remover or alcohol to make it easier.
Disassembled. The areas the s-foils were mounted have to become larger (filing). The connection between the left and right parts of the foils have to become filed round, so the foils can be moved.
With a modelling saw you can create a recess where you can glue some springsteel to make it more sturdy. That’s optional.
