Advent of Cheese- Day 19

Day 19 of the Cheese Advent and Day 1 of my Christmas Vacation. No Jelly-of-the-Month Club delivery yet.

Row 7 starting today. I spent the first day of my break rearranging the woodpile and splitting some of the larger logs. I don’t often take time off from work so I’m not very good at finding “fun” things to do. .

It’s been like two weeks since the first Ghost Pepper cheddar was revealed. Once again I thought the peppers would be white since, you know, “ghost.”

Second time through gets a cracker. What I like about this cheese is that there is enough peppers in it for kick, but not so much heat to it that you can’t taste anything else. I like having the heat, but I definitely prefer to taste my cheeses.
