I make keycaps by hand. I create 3d files for each part, 3d print them, airbrush and hand paint them, encapsulate them in resin using specially designed molds under pressure, then sand, and polish them.
It's a fun, difficult hobby that I love sharing with people.

I hope that’s an esc button bc it looks relaxing as heck!

Thank you! It is an escape button! Right now I use a synth wave inspired design but this might replace it for a while.

Neat!

I'd love to have a clear hollow keycap sealed & partially filled with blood so that it moves around inside when you hit the key.

Ooo neat idea. That's not something I'd be interested in doing but there are people who create them with bones.
Using actual blood would be tricky. Any organic contaminate tends to decay ruining the appearance, or grow bacteria (also ruining the appearance) over time, more so if there's air. If you do pursue that you'd probably have a better experience using a red ink or viscous oil.

I'm not talented enough to create it, but agreed with the eventual outcome... the viscous oil similar to that sad robot cleaning up it's own fluid would be fun I think.
