Another victory!

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to share another big success in my life! On Feb 16th, 2019 I was diagnosed with a rare soft tissue bone cancer called Ewing's Sarcoma (stage 2). Where of all places was it located? My wrist!

One nerve graft and a lot of chemo later, here I am. I've lost most of the feeling in my hand, as it was resting on my ulnar nerve (the part that effects mobility/feeling of part of the hand) - but I'm happy nonetheless.

Edit #3: For those asking about symptoms, I hadn't experienced anything other than pain in my wrist where the lump was. I thought it was a ganglion cyst, so my hand surgeon did a biopsy and I got the diagnosis. If you feel any extreme pain anywhere or you just want to be sure, I'd highly encourage getting screened!
