An assortment of elk butts

In the foothills near Naches, Washington, elk and big horn sheep are fed during winter months when there isn’t enough snow-free grazing area to keep the animals alive. I’m guessing that this is the purview of the Fish and Wildlife department, but that’s just a guess.
