That's fair. I think it's a matter of perspective. For him, you could look at it as more "age affirming". For trans folk, though, hair transplants are very often absolutely part of the transition. Both for FtM and MtF. There are whole specialized services for it.
However, the hair isn't the only thing being called out here. Look at that jawline. He went from first grade paper mache project to chiseled. That shit ain't natural. He's also bragged about taking testosterone.
