Dude, charge your phone.

I can't! It's a fake phone

Yeah, it's better for the battery to not be completely full and not completely empty. 30-80% is a decent target.

Based on this post's energy, I would guess even more people you manage are going to quit

I have never seen a screenshot like this that *wasn't* the boss demanding the employee come in on their day off.

found the capitalist.

Found the person who's never had to deal with entitled morons with zero work ethic.

minimum wages garners minimum effort

4 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 8

Where does it say this is a minimum wage employee?

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

Yeah, there are people like that. There also really are terrible bosses. Don't think that everyone in your profession is like you.

4 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 6

Also, don't care about it if everyone in your profession likes you. It's a job with colleagues, no need to be friends with everyone.

But will also be reposted repeatedly in a sad attempt to defend abominable labor laws and culture within the US

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Tbh, I've not seen any of that on Imgur, ever.

I get that you require proof, but only if you're sick for more than 2 days, if you have sick days you can spend em how ever you want

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's always some on both sides but I generally found most people actually want/need money. Managers in food often care little for workers

Universal basic income would be nice. A good way to see what employers are really worth working for.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

The idea is good but simply way too expensive

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

You would save a lot of money on administration of unemployment benefits etc, at least in most European countries.

I think it would be interesting to see if we could do 2000/mo UBI but cut all social programs. So no SS, WIC, Medi, etc but everyone gets 2k

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Yeah, that's kinda how I imagine it could work. And the unemployed former administrators? They get UBI too.
