Not sure it's the tilt as much possibly the zoom or forced perspective? Can't remember the right term. But it's the distortion that happens as you move from the center of the image to the edges. Same truck is used to make rooms look larger for hotel rooms.
yeah, but you can see the terraced area of striation in the distance, and those would be parallel to the horizon (typically). they are clearly leaning down from left to right, making me think the whole think is tilted a bit.
