The Dark Genius of Ukraine's Military Points System: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bl7Eq_roAbk
"Ukraine uses a points-based system to distribute military supplies. Destroy enemy tanks, take out opposing drone operators, and so forth, and you will be rewarded with a wealth of new materiel to further your mission. Today's video looks at the structure of this system, why it works for Ukraine, the perverse incentives it creates, and why other countries are not racing to adopt it."

I would have thought a wounded soldier would be worth more than a dead one 🤷

It's been widely reported, it's not kept as a secret at all:

The reason for it not to gamify the war, but to provide a system for the procurement and supply of assets to teams on the front lines.
The more you take out important targets, the more assets are available to your unit to continue doing so. It's a pretty smart way of doing it, if you ask me, although I'm not an expert or anything.

Thx, i saw this a few times but never with a source.

I don't know if these are the official score table, but they are definitely using a scoring system. They even have a points shop to buy killstreaks. https://web.archive.org/web/20251105085632/https://www.nytimes.com/2025/10/31/world/europe/ukraine-war-drone-game.html

And your actual proof that Ukraine is doing this? Like a news link from a verified source. Cause I’m definitely not clicking on some random ass YouTube link.

It's common knowledge. Look it up yourself. The video just gives more details and is by a professor of game theory who covers this war a lot.

It's been known about for a while:
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c80p9k1r1dlo
It was their solution to the question: how can we make sure to provide more drones and supplies to the most effective units on the front?

As this bloke said, it's been a known thing for awhile. It helps incentivise troops to target priority targets with their limited supplies.
