Looks like she's having a Dicken's of a time at her job.

I don't know who Miss Haversham is, but this lady looks like an awesome person.

Read Great Expectations to learn about Miss H (or at least the plot summary in Wikipedia)

My expectations are not great for that book.

It is a hard read ... most Dickens works are, due to the wordiness and descriptions, but worth it.

Isn't it interesting how someone can look like an awesome person when looks have nothing to do with awesomeness?

Indeed. In this case, this person appears to cultivate an aesthetic which is at odds with the stereotype of her apparent age. 1/2

This dichotomy suggests to me a person of vigorous and intriguing character. Thus: she looks awesome. (2/2)

She could just be bat-shit crazy.

Quite right, the possibility exists. I prefer to believe, given the option, in the awesomeness of a stranger.
