Considering spending $400ish to see how the LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) software handles this.

ALPR is used for Tolls, Red Light, Speeding, Parking etc.. cameras some of the systems I know a little about report NULL if they can't decipher the plate. So this could go a few ways I will either end up with a bunch of tickets for things I didn't do or I could get away with everything or I break their systems.
