Simple, he just told the CDC that all posts they make (informing you of bird flu culling) have to be approved. The CDC isn't able to inform people of bird farms being destroyed.
Stop telling people about the bird flu and how many chickens were killed....and people didn't panic buy. Price goes down.
Just like Covid, if you stop testing the number of cases will go down.

While i do not doubt that he blocked reports, p anic buying would not have caused those price increases eggs had. He likely told them he would investigate their price gouging.
Sen. Warren and other D's in the senate made the same threat during Bidens term and oddly enough prices went down. Right up until Trump's election.
