My son likes Hot Wheels cars as well as those artificial worms used for fishing bait (who doesn’t?). Turns out they should not be stored together. The worm dissolved the windshield of his Blitzspeeder. Who knew?

I guess the oils in the worm dissolved the plastic (polystyrene?) windshield, sort of like what happens when you put gasoline in a styrofoam cup, but a much slower reaction. Gnarly effect though.

Lures have a ton of salt in them to send a sent trail through the water. Salt dissolves things. Baits will rot hooks too
