View from Sunrise side of the park, which is North/Northeast of the mountain. Unfortunately, no pets allowed unless they are in parking lots. I believe service animals are OK but I'm not 100%. Regardless, I couldn't bring my puppers :/

Took this picture from the top of Dege Peak, which isn't a tough hike by any means. There was snow most of the way, but definitely passable. It's such a beautiful area and a gorgeous mountain.

This is a mini-cave/carve out from Pinnacle Peak, out from Paradise side of Mount Rainier. I thought it was a cool spot to escape weather/wind if needed.

This is the side of Pinnacle Peak away from Mount Rainier. I can't express how gorgeous the area was. I just kept thinking "am I in a painting right now?" I fell in love with this spot and can't wait to come back.

From where I was standing for the picture above this one, I turned and saw Rainier poking out of the clouds and had to snap this image.

Today was a hike in the clouds at Rainier's Skyline trail. Good hike with amazing views (when it's cloudless) Today was a bit chilly and windy, so I didn't take many pictures.

I dunno why, but I kept being captivated by the frost on the rocks. Maybe you'll enjoy it, too?

Nisqually River. Very low due to season. It didn't rain much this summer, so I imagine when the rain picks up in the next month or two this water level will rise. Probably best in Spring when the ice/snow melt starts.

Dog tax even though she wasn't able to go on this trip. But this is her interested in a squirrel up the tree.
