I've got a friend who's been an anarchist for a hot minute now. I've never really even entertained the idea as the systemic corruption we have today are due to the greed of man, and removing the system doesn't remove the core cause of it, and it will only show up again later on. That being said, some days when reading the news, I sure feel like a fucking anarchist.
I'm certainly not an anarchist, but I am anti-monarchist, particularly in a country which rejected the idea of kings more than 250 years ago and has since spilled much blood trying to defend democratic principles.
