I miss when, as a young person, Halloween was the last holiday w/o snow on the ground and Easter may have a blizzard. Now, it gets cool for a couple months then too hot & humid to do anything.

I used to love fall and winter weather, it is really crisp you get occasional flurries that’d blanket the ground for a few days in October, every couple years Halloween was snowy. Than come middle of November we’d get our first big storm. Than all the way to maybe Easter there was snow or the last of it was finally thawing l. I don’t think that’ll ever happen again atleast not the way I enjoyed it growing up in the 90/00 and by the time I graduated (2010) there was a noticeable difference

Opposite for me.. trick or treating used to be cold AF, and often with frost or snow.. non the last ten years we generally don't get snow til late November, or even after Christmas. Climate change is real, and it's happening frighteningly quickly.

The AC in our building went out, it’s been upper 90s and this week over 100. The brilliant minds in the HOA board decided to purchase a fuck load of cosmetic stuff for the building instead of addressing maintenance issues that they needed to. I could strangle them. Oh and then the dumb shits tried to outlaw window AC units. However walking my dog a few min ago I noticed several hanging from my neighbors windows, as well as my own. HOA can fuck off they’re all trash
