Today was the third time this year ive had to tear apart the engine on my 1997 Nissan D21 hardbody this time to replace a broken oil gasket and replace the idler wheel and belt tensioner assembly for the compressor belt
Above is the fan, shroud and all the belts removed so I could get at the compressor belt
I ended up having to take the radiator out in order to get it all back on
That black smudge is a piece of the gasket plug that I had to replace
The rocker cover removed to replace the gasket and plugs
And the rocker cover with the new gasket
All in all it was a fun day of work dispite all the problems it gave me

Man 3rd time in a year, hopefully you've got a good setup for pulling the engine apart by now
