a bit old, but I never saw anyone bring it up.

Michael Rooke was leaving a gay night club in Sydney, Australia on May 1st 2013. went into the parking garage, saw the exit was blocked by a white van, went back in to tell the manager, came back out and saw two men with covered faces crouched down next to his car, one was armed with a pistol. he ran back to the night club...

this is one of the men who chased him, alleged that he was not the one that was armed. he and his fellow thug attacked the man. the fellow attacker shooting the gay man. "Al-Ahmadzai has refused to stand up in courts for well over a year, claiming he is “not at the behest of any authority other than Islam”."

so I took away a couple things...
1) I never heard the LGBT community mention someone trying to murder a gay person, but they complain about a Christian not wanting to bake a cake(they also never checked to see if a Muslim bakery would bake a gay wedding cake)
2) Islam cannot mesh with modern civilizations.
