It feels like I'm barely trying anymore and the weight keeps coming off! I do still get in about 4 miles a day at work but I allow myself lazy time on the weekends.
After I'm over this flu, I might start incorporating my resistance bands that have gathered dust in my closet the last 3 years.
I've noticed I cant physically eat what I used to. Sometimes my brain tells me to go for it but my tummy doesnt let it. I think it shrank!
Edit: To those who have messaged or commented to ask, it started after I spent some time treating my depression and anxiety. The right meds helped me realize the only thing standing in my way was me. I realized that food didnt make me feel better but working on my issues and completing my goals does. After I hit my stride, I'll start going after other goals like finishing my graduate education and doing a chin up for the first time since grade school.

Excellent work! What spurred you on to keep losing in October?

I spent time admitted by choice for depression and anxiety, got medicated and it stopped the depression eating cycle and isolation.
