I only learned this from forgetting to hold Ctrl when trying to zoom out with Ctrl + NPad-Minus from one of the countless vertical video gifs people keep posting.

Please do not let this turn into the next double-tap meme. I wish only to pass the knowledge along that this is something PC users can do to quickly do their up/downvotes.
