That's roughly $30 per residence and business in Calgary for the year. Alberta is introducing a new lower rate rider this year that is expected to result in a $8/m reduction in residential costs. That dividend should be much lower next year because of it.

Your utility bill is $450 fucking dollars? Where the hell do you live? I own an auto repair shop. I have lots of light, two furnaces, welders and lots of shit charging all the time. Not to mention computers, phones, water and other utilities. My average last year was $477 a month. I guess I won't bitch anymore...lol

Calgary. And yeah it's between $350 and $450 every month. I've called a dozen times and been told if I don't like it then go somewhere else or have no power. I've come to hate enmax
