I am the worst patron of haunted houses. I love them so I go to the ones with the most horrifying reputations, but I never get scared. I don't know why, I honestly really wish I did. But I love seeing everyone else's fear, so I usually end up sort of trailing the group and cackling maniacally at their terror. I would 1000% do this if I were with someone who shoved me at a monster in fear and then ran. And then make fun of them for the rest of their life.
If they'd have anything like kayako in the haunted houses, then I would be scared. Can't watch the grudge without having a chill down my spine in dark areas
I'm a scare actor at a haunt and I 💯 believe this happened. I've encouraged similar 🤣🤣. I've had many people sacrifice their kids, significant others, friends. Hell ..my husband witnessed a break up because he just left her. Oh this happens.
Still, having worked a haunted house like that - I believe it's happened. Both the fear response of shoving a partner, and the worker helping to take revenge. If not exactly like that, then close enough to count.
My friend pushed me into a bush when we heard something..she pushed and ran.. it was done out of fear but man was i not happy haha.. now i know not to be anywhere near her in a dangerous situation haha
I was going through one in middle of my group and was expecting a jump scare at a window I had to walk by. People in front of me went by no problem, once I got to window lady jumps up and I went flying backwards on my ass hitting the person behind me. Got up went to window laughing. Lady was genuinely concerned if I was hurt.
Fellow ex-haunted house worker here! Can confirm this shit happens a lot and the reason there's a camera is because people get punched a lot and accused of assault a lot. People are dickbags.
I think some people just have a need to feel like they're smarter than other people, pointing out skits as "fake" when everyone else is "falling for it" gives them their little boost of serotonin in their otherwise meaningless existence. Same energy as the incels running around usersub on THT commenting "nice legs bro" on any THT post that's not also showing boobs or whatever. I'd feel sad for them if they were worth the energy.
I used to be contrarian like that in my teens, felt the need to prove I'm smart. You eventually grow out of it for most folks, but you see a lot of people on the Internet who still hasn't grown out of that phase.

He threw her under the bus without a thought. Glad she's putting that hatchet where it belongs. I like her new boyfriend better.

No person with long hair I know takes their hair down to start a fight. Earrings out, hair up.

Yep. We have cameras all over our haunt! We even caught a guy doing a cartwheel to avoid the giant puppet! That was the best one.

PLEASE tell me you have the clip!!

I'm honestly sick of all the fake content pretending to be real. I love comedy skits and don't see any good reason to pretend they're real.
