Oh wait I recognize the type of construction it's an American track. It may have 2 freight trains a day doing 20 mph. Rather than 4 passenger trains an hour doing 160kmh as we are used to in Europe.
It’s an active track .. but I frequently used .. i have visibility of at least 1/2 mile in each direction. Not sure if it’s exclusively freight but the one time I did see a train there it was freight and moving rather slowly
