Democrats will fine a way to fuck it up. They are that bad at doing obvious things to get done. I never get as an in your face liberal, HTF Democrats in any country other than the US come off as liberal. Even Obama with a super majority in 2009 somehow didn't get a public option. And they'll do so until we make that hurt. But it's clear voting is insufficient as we have too many morons voting, so it will need to be economic/social sorts of action. Boycotts. Ridicule. Lawsuits. And other ways to apply pressure. We've tried being nice - it doesn't work. Time to get nasty.

Anyone else afraid that the Republican Senate in 2025 won't allow Democrats to filibuster? thus everytime Republicans want to vote on a bill, they can. Republicans blocked everything saying 60 votes was a tradition in the Senate, but Republicans will use every single opportunity to demolish Democrats. It is not a view of partners in the great American experiment.

As of last week, he'd had 213 confirmed judges and 28 appointments awaiting senate action...so not bad. The vacancies have almost definitely not been there for that long.
