Microsoft actually let's you customise the colour from their website. There might be better and/or cheaper places to do it too :)

There are quite a few but I didn't want to pay high end for it so I used xbox design lab for about half the price I got to customize mine1/2

The laser engraving and custom job cost me 90 bucks but for more expensive and neat options you can find some for 160 to 300 or so online
