Not all hero's wear capes
He gave Michael Scott so many chances and really empathized with him and even went off the wall a little bit himself. He always had a soft spot for Michael tho, I think he was the best boss. There's much more to say but I'll leave that to discussion. (BTW to all us Northerners we're almost through winter! hang in there)

Apparently the reason he is such a believable corporate type of character is because that’s exactly what he was before getting into acting.

maybe not, who knows? but in The office he lets Michael get away with a lot and I think it's because he just understands him.

I'm starting to appreciate Ed Helms more (Nard Dog) I used to restart it after "Michael Scott" leaves but now i appreciate the whole series.
