Patience only goes so far

Small observation about imgur in general: we're really nearing the end here, folks. First it was posts needing just 50 votes to reach frontpage, now it seems even being on the frontpage gives most posts 10-20k views, where a year ago it was at least double, and jeez, back in the old days it was at least ten times that. There's very few of us left on this site, it seems. Enjoy it while you can!

Edit: okay, look, this is fucking weird, another thing that sometimes still happens and makes me scratch my head. You're telling me suddenly this post has 167k views?? How, from where, who? I checked other FP posts, with more upvotes, memes and/or titties, and those only have less than 10k views, but supposedly this 30 second cat video and tiny rant gets in the six digit range somehow? How? How would this post do those numbers, but not the post right in front or behind it??
