A. Trump is basically broke if he's trying to hide cash already earmarked for taxes.
Implications: This means he really is dependent on RNC money all Republican candidates need for the 2024 election for his own legal fees. He really needs money from selling gold tennis shoes.
It means Trump has most likely been a con man all along about his wealth and business success. The national security threat of this situation to dark/foreign/criminal money is a threat to US national security, especially since the FBI did not thoroughly search all of Trump's properties for classified documents.

My theory is Trump was rich (when he inherited it), but his hopeless business plan of spending money on everything shiney and then not paying the bills meant his debts racked up higher and higher. And now he just shuffles the loans around from one bank/hedgefund to another and hiding the truth to enable him to borrow more.

I mean I don't think there's much room for doubt on his business acumen by the time he was president, allow me to list the following times in which Trump is publicly recorded to have declared bankruptcy: 1991, 1992 three times, 2004, 2009 (six times total, so far).
As for being a con man he's (and/or his Companies) have been charged for defrauding a charity, tax and more general fraud charges, civil rights violations, multilevel marketing... you know, con man stuff. He can't even operate in NY.
