Would be hilarious if it was the sailors trying to sabotage the ship so it would have to pull out of the area to be fixed.

And guess where they'll pump that shit? Right over the side.

Thats a shitty way to protest. I support it.

From what I've read from others, it's likely not protests as it is a poorly built sewage system which underwent numerous fixes that didn't solve the underlining issues. It's also probably being "mistreated and destroyed by sailors" the same way a bunch of college frat boys mistreat their own toilets: not out of any real malice but because they're 18-25 year old bored frat boys on a military diet.

Was it this or a different ship where the flush down shirts and underwear? I mean, for what other reason than protest would someone do that?

How many assholes do they got on that ship anyway?

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Apparently 4500-4600.

The internet says about 5,000.

Yknow i was previously a plumber for many years. Never til now have I considered how fucking truly horrible it must be to be a plumber on a fucking SHIP. holy...

shit.

I’d imagine it’s like an RV but everything is steel, leaks have to be pumped out, pressure is high and varies as the ship rocks, isolating issues is frowned upon by everyone onboard…
I’d rather service and troubleshoot aircraft lavatories.

Man. Im thinking miles of steel pipe, pure hell to cut or repair. Completely inaccessible crawlspaces/ hatches/ subfloors.. Full of CRAZY bends, Ys and Tees, make it impossible to snake. And that's just the drain side.. ugh.
