I'm 35 now, this was my photo for passport taken when I was maybe 27? I liked it a lot and kept it because even though I had not come out or transitioned yet, I liked that I looked more gender neutral and boyish.

Thank you. I'm at a point in my life where I don't always know if other people know or not. I also don't always try to look super masc, I'm gay and nonbinary. There's artistic wiggle room! But what's been important from me, and echoed in your exp with Aiden, is just being comfortable with how I show up now. Knowing it doesn't matter what it used to look like. I'm here now and I'm me. And that's what people have to work with. Cheers 🩵✌️

Dude thank you for that. My beard quickly became one of my most prized possessions, and honestly one of the first times I felt genuinely affirmed for my appearance was when an old boss looked at my sprouty lil beard filling in and pointed at his pencil stash and spirit patch and said that's all he's capable of, and mean mugged me 🤣 cheers ✌️

Dude calisthenics has been a game changer for taking care of old injuries in my 30s, being able to put on muscle and be largely pain free in my 30s... and just having the raw sense of agency in that mind body connection. That alone was crucial to overcoming a lot of old trauma baggage. Have you heard of FitnessFAQs? Youtuber, gorgeous Australian guy, soft spoken like it's a damn asmr. But bookish knowledge of the body's workings and focused on working with your body.

I saw a post from a transgender person, it was somehow very remotely tied to roleplaying games and the person mentioned they were FTM, so I assumed their gender to be Fighter/Thief/Mage, which if you are an uneducated barbarian living under a rock, is a multiclass in certain editions of Dungeons & Dragons.
