I lean towards the “No dim lights” philosophy. When you’re working, work 100%. When you resting, rest 100%. Never do either in between.

I wouldnt say My Hero Academia says "Always give 100%". The whole lesson for the MC is to learn that you can only give as much as you can (mentally or physically) manage.
