Getting everything ready!

My locomotive for the night, Virginian 2-6-6-6 #900. I ran a Southbound through freight from one end of the route to the other.

Holding at a coaling tower in Loray while the yard switchers add & subtract from my train.

Yard work @ Loray.

Some more yard action.

After Loray, I ran down to Big Laurel. I had to hold outside of the yard while the yard master did some movement for Duke Energy's coal power plant. After reciving the all clear from the yard master, I pulled into Big Laurel for another round of breaking down & building of my train.

After Big Laurel, I terminated my run at Charlotte. There, the Charlotte yard crew will take my locomotive, service it & get it ready for it's run back up North. My train will be picked up by one of the connecting railroad.
