Not my art but I like it. Anyways, my BIL evicted last night/yesterday. He didn't do anything wrong. I guess the management for property where he was staying changed like five times but he still continued to send the checks. He's employed. Has a vehicle. Still though. Fuck property managers and owners. Fortunately he's able to stay with my MIL. We're fostering his cats until he can find a place or get his old one back. I'll take pics when I can find them and post them. But still. Fuck this world. Fuck this country. You can do everything right and still get fucked over. Burn it down. From the very top. Star over.

You're saying your Brother-In-Law is a villain bent on taking over the world?
memeseeks
Sure. I'll be right there with him.

Brother in law

Got it, that sucks!

That sounds weird... You cant just evict someone for no reason. And it requires the police etc to do the actual eviction.
filiuspelei
Are you sure he is being truthful with all of you?
memeseeks
I would like to think but my wife was the one who talked to him. I do believe the place got bought multiple times though.

That doesnt matter: the new owners would have to take over the terms of the contract. If his lease came to an end, and they didnt renew, thats not the same as being evicted. An eviction notice can only be served by the police, and can only be obtained if the landlord can prove the tennet is egregiously breaking the contract.
Im just a dude on the internet, so you should do your own research on eviction processes in your state, but this sounds really suspicious

I agree but I don't know.
