And it's not even the end of it.....

I had to go to the dentist because I chipped a tooth. I haven't been in 6 years, for various reasons. Mostly terror, anxiety, and lack of insurance.
Now I have insurance, and HAD to go.
$1,200 later and I just made my appointment to see a specialist to get a rootcanal. Which will likely be at LEAST another few hundred dollars... if not more depending on specialists actual bill and insurance accepting or declining...

Brush your teeth properly, folks. And floss. Every day.

These things are expensive and painful. :(

Oh, and when I called for the root canal-
"Hi, I was referred to your offices to schedule a torture session with Dr. B."
She laughed. I wasn't kidding. :(
