Tmobile's genius idea for a 35 cent refund

Mar 24, 2015 7:43 PM

When I had to request my 35 cent refund, the service rep said, we can mail you a check or deposit directly into your account. I said, it seems stupid to mail me a check for 35 cents, since postage would cost more than that. Just deposit it. So I gave him my bank account info. 10 days later this puppy shows up.

facepalm

funny

I once got a $0.17 check. I told them to just keep it but they said if I didn't request a check then they would bug me every week.

Super dooper. That's, like, a mini-blowpop right there.

That is just so fucked up.

Look at it this way-it cost them over $1 to send you that thing.

Yes, yes it did.

You asked for a $0.35 refund, go fuck yourself.

Why? It's my money. They should have given it to me without my asking.

The amount of hate I'm feeling is what I imagine people feel when I say I don't tip just because it's expected.

You have problems if you feel hate over stuff like that.
