Mine died of cancer, it is common, I cried like a baby while my friend held it dying on the breathing machine. I couldn't go back there.

Aw that's too bad. Hedwig is an excellent name for a Hedgie, possibly even better than it was for an Owl. Mine was Sonic because I was 12.
