Like in the past with torrent trackers, cloudflare now blocking many sites with "questionable content". Using VPN and/or Tor does not help. The free internet as we older people knew it, is officially dead.
Why does nobody care? Where is Anonymous, when you need them?

Huh, the only website I use that has Cloudflare protection is still working. Is it possible it's the German server only?

As per, you can easily circumvent page blocks by isps. either use the google translate page or google "sitename proxy".
