Teddy Bear help

So I had a random dream last night that someone had the same teddy bear as I grew up with, but brand new.

It got me wondering what he looked like when I first got him. He was pink, and played music by pressing his right paw (some odd version of twinkle twinkle little star).

I'd love to find another one to give to my future child. I've searched "applause pink teddy bear" but haven't found anything, did anyone have one like it?
