Even when you get gov and buisnesses pointed in the right(ish) direction you gotta stay on top of them to make sure they do what they say they'll do. Pretty sad.

Should there be a penalty for fraudulent claims? And if so how much? I'm thinking it should be in the form of increased sequestration, so if they falsely claimed they sequestered a megaton and it gets proved in court that they lied then penalty should be to go back and sequester ten megaton for real.
