Actually, if you research, during that time, Mc Donalds was selling coffee that was hotter than the recommended temperature, by at least 50 degrees I think. I know partially the woman was at fault, but you need to understand the extent of her damage. She had 3rd degree burns, no drink has any business being that hot. There's more to the story too, I think you should look for everything. It was a pretty messy case.
