A bit. An "Auflauf" is generally just stuff mashed together, usually with some sort of sauce and cheese on top in a deep dish form like the above and baked until good.

Nice. Definitely a German Menu. One hint: The small sausages are called Nürnberger. Nürnberg is the city. Like Frankfurt (city), Frankfurter (sausages).
