I just decided three days ago to get exactly this as a neck tattoo. It will be my first and only tattoo at age 57 because I don't want any confusion about who I support and I want that to be forever and I want people to get that.

Cool. I would also consider the antifascist "Three Arrows" symbol. It's old, originally it meant "Against monarchists, against Hitler, and against communism". I would repurpose it as "Against theocracy, against fascism, and against communism." It's also a pro social democracy symbol.
