Makes me think of the magnetic brakes roller coasters have. The ride cars just have these metal vanes on them and when they hit the magnets they slow down fast.
So induction stoves are that old, where is human genius to finally get it to cook silent? I hate the noises every single induction stove that i met has made.
My #4 favorite sister has one that makes no noise at all, and I've run into some I can't stand being within 10 meters of. It depends on the frequency it's running at.
