Thanks for showing the entire rest of the project! So many things are like "I 3D printed this thing" and they show some FDM printer mid-print then cut to a fully post-processed, painted, detailed model.

Folkart is nice for crafts but I always recommend Vallejo paints for these types of projects.

Let's see.... found a decent file of her for about $6.... Resin print would probably run $10 on in that range.... I typically make cosplay, so painting a figurine would be new for me, but doable. Main thing you'd be paying for would be the labor and shipping, so yeah, figurine of Lune for $400 is more than doable, probably less.

I like that you wore PPE. But as someone that works with redi-rod (the threaded rod) regularly, please wear gloves. Those threads can cut the shit out of you if the rod spins when you're cutting it. And it's still sharp when it's not moving. You also work with solvents.

I just wish my hand-eye coordination weren't so catastrophically bad, I am so terrible at parrying it gets a wee bit frustrating at times.

(I've downloaded a mod that will give me 100% dodge and/or parry if I truly hit a wall, but I'm hoping I don't get there)

nice thing about the combat is that parrying really isnt necessary to beat the game. Dodging is more generous. Also they have a mode where you dont have to really worry about dodging or parrying. Thats only really necessary for Expert.
