As a parrot owner I never let my birdie in my bedroom. They go from zero to poop in half a second.

Birb*

I used to have budgies. If it happened I would wait until it was completely hard and then you can get rid of it with zero mess.

When you have a bird, that is something you simply have to give up and accept is going to happen. Probably more than once.

Not like the birb can control it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How is that a problem? It'd be white anyways

Stupid question: Mostly you dont see much wing movement in those videos. Do they prefer hopping around or are their wings clipped?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Birds don’t fly unless they really really have to because it burns a lot of energy. Especially parrots who would hop around branches anyway

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Birds in general don't flap their wings unless they need/want to fly. This one clearly trusts the human and is in a playful mood.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Parrots only fly when necessary. They spend a lot of time walking and perching. Caiques are relatively poor flyers compared to budgies.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Some parrot owners choose to clip the primary flight feathers which allows birds to still fly up and down but not far forward.
