The Republican congressional candidate for Virginia's 7th district doesn't have a wife and kids, but that didn't stop him from taking this family photo. He just borrowed his friends' family and pass them off as his own, you know, like a totally normal person would.

Don't they look so happy? Probably because they know that they won't have to go home with him, more likely because he was just shopped in.
VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!

Try as they might, his boyfriend is “shooting blanks, “ he said.

It’s so weird. He could have just taken a picture like, WITH his friend and the friend’s family. “Hey Republican voters! I don’t have kids myself yet, but lots of my friends, like these guys, have wonderful families! Vote for me because I care about other people!” Easy slam-dunk!
Instead, he went for a farcical sham photo that weirdly insinuates himself into a close friend’s family, implying bizarre things about his own understanding of family, generally, and his willingness to just… lie.

Mention that he’s running against Colonel Eugene Vindman, who blew the whistle on Trump trying to pressure Zelenskyy into investigating Biden.

I think Colonel Vindman is an American hero! I hope he wins, he’d make an excellent Congressperson!

Wonder how many cats he has at home.
