I will note that Ice has access to a database being expanded on right now by Trump's tech bros. Palantir Technologies is building a database for the Trump administration to track and catalogue every person in the USA. Essentially a big brother program to stomp on dissent. They are also expanding into the military, and one of the founders stated that he wants to build the Terminator robots as a real thing for the US military.
