Usually it’s just the performer and some of the crew so that they can record it, build the gimmick, make sure it’s safe, etc. Jimmy/Susie/Rachel knows about some if the joke needs more than one person, but it’s rare anyone else does. And of course Fabio wouldn’t know what was happening.
